This is my Grandpa helping to guide the engine in with the hoist. You can really see how the chrome oil pan reflects the light...awesome.
Here's the front of it. See how the blue and chrome go together (balancer, timing chain cover, and block). We left the old valve covers on there, so we didn't have to mask off the new chrome ones when we painted the block.
Same goes for the intake manifold. The old rusty one was left in, that's why it looks kinda ugly on top there.
