Here's a shot of the block after we got it cleaned/polished, and overbored (0.060" over).

Nothing was changed to with the crank, it was just cleaned up a bit.

We got a new performace cam shaft from Comp cams. Check the specs page for details...

Here's the new hypereutectic pistons that we got. I had a choice of going with forged or cast, and I opted for the cheaper cast ones. Everyone I talked to said the only difference is in breakdown tolerances (and I hopefully won't be near either of them).

I'm glad we did this! After checking the crank end-play (seen here) we found that we didn't have enough clearance. It would have been bad news if we wouldn't have corrected this.
